Bookings and Treatments

The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all bookings made at www.massenka.co.uk or directly by phone or in person.

All rates featured on www.massenka.co.uk are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice. Massenka practitioners reserve a right to decline bookings and / or treatment without an obligation to provide any reason for doing so.

All clients are responsible to ensure that an initial consultation takes place and that they are suitably healthy to receive the treatment provided.

It is essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies prior to arrival so that we can ensure treatments are suitable for you. If you have any medical or special requirements then please inform us at the time of booking and we can advise you and be prepared for your visit. We ensure the height of discretion on delicate personal issues.

Patch test

A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to eyelash or eyebrow tinting, lash lifting or brow lamination. This applies to everyone who hasn’t been patch tested by us, here at Massenka, in last 6months.
The test involves putting a tiny amount of the products (used in the treatment booked) onto the skin behind the ear. This takes just couple of minutes and you can book it using our online booking system.
If you have had a patch test at another salon OR if you haven’t had this treatment done by us in last 6months you will still need to repeat the patch test.
If you book your treatment but fail to attend or arrange patch test  we will not be able to perform the treatment (last minute cancellation fee applies).

 

Arrival / Timekeeping

To ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled treatment and to maintain a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time to relax, complete any necessary consultation forms, and prepare for your treatment.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or, in some cases, cancellation of your appointment. Treatments must end on time to accommodate the next client. This will not affect the cost of treatment.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee apply.

Your punctuality is greatly appreciated and ensures we can deliver the highest quality service to you and all our clients.

Refund Policy 

All treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for up to a maximum of 6 months from a day of purchase and cannot be used beyond “Valid until” date. Gift Vouchers are non refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be used as specified on the voucher.

Treatments need to be booked in advance (subject to availability). Once you have received your voucher(s), please have your voucher code available when making your booking.

You will need to bring your voucher with you and exchange it at the Reception on the day of your treatment.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or change any booking up to 24 hours before the appointment time. This must be done over the phone or by emailing us – info@massenka.co.uk.  We cannot accept any changes to your booking via facebook of Instagram message.

Any missed appointments will be charged at full price and your next treatment must be paid in advance.

Our 24hr cancellation policy is there for a reason. We are a busy, small salon and we quite often have people waiting for spaces.

Use of Personal Information

Massenka therapists are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all visitors. When booking and having treatments we collect the e-mail addresses of our clients. This information is never shared with other parties. We may occasionally contact you with special offers but all communications will include a clear ‘opt out’ button.

Accuracy & Availability

We take every care to ensure that the information on this Web Site is accurate and complete. However, some of it is supplied to us by third parties and we are unable to check its accuracy or completeness. You are advised to verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it.

Web-site accuracy updates are frequently made to all areas of the Massenka web site and every effort is been made to ensure that all the information published is correct.

This website is provided “AS IS” without any warranties of any kind and we do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the information or interruption in availability.

General

Massenka therapists will not be liable for any failures in the performance of any of their obligations under these terms and conditions caused by factors outside their control.

Massenka reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to its’ website and /or services for any reason at any time.

We accept no responsibility for any interruption to Massenka site and /or services for reasons beyond our control.

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements, warranties and understandings between you and us.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your common law and statutory rights.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
